At our core, Warwick Islamic Society is here to serve the needs of the Muslims on campus. We are a society made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds yet connected by our faith. We hope to create a warm community for all - a community which is a source of help and guidance, friendship and belonging. We are a very active society: we hold socials, talks and workshops and trips; we maintain and clean the Prayer hall; and we devote ourselves to the four F's: faith, friendship, fun and food!
Where are we?
How can I get involved?
Throughout the year we run a number of projects, socials and events aimed at building a stronger community on campus, fulfilling religious obligations and engaging with the wider community. Projects such as Charity Week, Discover Islam Week and Ramadan have lasting impacts beyond the society and are great fun to be a part of at any level. Whether you enjoy social activism, Da'wah or just being around to help there is no reason not to get involved. Speak to the exec team and they will be more than happy to get you involved!
